Base office location will vary dependent upon suitable candidate.
£33,969.00 per year and car allowance £600 per year

Your role
- Co-ordinate the delivery of quality improvement programmes across supported living services, ensuring inspection readiness and compliance with regulatory standards
- Analyse quality assurance data, audits and monitoring outcomes to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
- Partner with operational colleagues to improve service quality through clear reporting, benchmarking and shared insight
- Facilitate workshops, reflective practice sessions and knowledge sharing to embed best practice across services
- Champion person-centred, trauma-informed approaches to ensure high-quality care and support for customers
- Support quality assurance systems and processes, ensuring accurate, accessible and compliant records are maintained
Your skills
- Good understanding of quality, compliance and regulatory requirements within supported living or similar services
- Ability to analyse and interpret data to identify insights and support service improvements
- Confident communicator able to work collaboratively and influence colleagues at all levels
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience of producing clear reports and maintaining accurate records and
- Good IT skills including Microsoft 365 and the ability to work with digital systems and databases
