Your role

  • Welcome customers and direct queries as the first point of contact
  • Build positive relationships and support customers to develop life skills
  • Respond calmly to emergencies or challenging situations
  • Help organise and run occasional social activities
  • Carry out basic health and safety checks and maintain security

 

Your skills

  • Experience supporting young people or vulnerable adults
  • Ability to stay composed in challenging situations
  • Good communication skills
  • Confident using IT systems
