In partnership with our training provider - Genius People; Genius Education Ltd.- the program offers you a chance to study for a Business and Administration SCQF Level 3 nationally recognised qualification, all whilst gaining practical work experience.

Progression Opportunities
This role is a 12-month apprenticeship, with the opportunity to progress onto a management apprenticeship following successful completion.
Please note that progression is not guaranteed and will depend on successful completion of the initial apprenticeship, along with demonstrated performance, behaviour and work ethic. Where expectations are met, further development opportunities will be available.
What will you do?
You will be working at the Heathfield Office. As part of your job role, you will be asked to complete tasks such as reception duties, answering telephone, issuing keys to contractors, assisting the management team with admin duties, invoicing residents and communicating with our students while in residences. All of this will be supported by the team around you, ensuring you are getting the best out of your apprenticeship!
What skills and abilities do I need to have?

On top of this, practical skills we are looking for are.
- Age criteria are 16-24yrs set by Scottish Funding
- A minimum of National 5 Maths and English
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- A friendly approachable Manner
- Excellent communication skills
