Service Request Administrator 

 

Worcester based with a balance of home and office working 

 

£24,832 - £26,139 per year

 

35 hours per week

 

We have an exciting opportunity for two Service Request Administrators to join our Service Request Team within the Technology Department.

You will ensure that employees across the group have access to the systems and data they need to perform their roles effectively. This is a key position within Sanctuary and requires strong attention to detail and accuracy to succeed.

If you have previous experience within an admin team environment with a technology background, then this could be the role for you.

 

The role of Service Request Administrator will include:

  • Providing employees with the required network systems and application access
  • Resolving queries and taking responsibility for ensuring service requests are correctly assigned to users
  • Providing high-quality customer service to help support the maintenance of relationships with internal and external customers
  • Maintaining effective systems and processes that enable accurate recording and timely completion of service requests
  • Reporting improvements which could be made to processes and systems to the wider team
  • Complete reviews of applications and remove access when someone leaves

 

 Skills and experiences:

  • Proven experience of working in an administrative role within a customer service environment
  • Experience of updating electronic information in a variety of formats
  • Good communication and customer service skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative
  • Experience of organising own workload, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Basic user of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience of SAP and administrative tools and other Microsoft products
