Regional Performance Manager

 

Worcester with a balance of home and office working

 

£44,192 - £46,517 per year plus Company Car or Car Allowance

 

35 hours per week

 

We have an opportunity for a Regional Performance Manager to join our Property Services leadership team based in Worcester. This position sits within compliance delivery reporting to the head or national head of service, working alongside the managers in each region. There are currently 8 managers. Property Services is responsible for delivering high quality and cost-effective property repairs, compliance and installation and estate services across the UK to mainly internal customers and additionally a small number of external clients. It is also responsible for operational Health and Safety of the service, including fire safety and delivering effective group wide asset management and reinvestment programmes.

 

The role of Regional Performance Manager will include:

  • Leading the analysis, development and reporting of regional operational and financial performance insight to drive operational and performance efficiencies and mitigate risk
  • Supporting the efficient delivery of services through effective operational and commercial awareness, budgetary management, supporting management of any third party suppliers to achieve value for money
  • Managing the provision of consistently high quality timely and meaningful information to senior management and external departments
  • Working closely with the property services management team to identify performance improvement issues and improvement actions
  • Increasing internal engagement with key functions such as the work scheduling team and improve customer satisfaction, delivering and maintaining an effective organisational culture
  • Building and managing effective relationships with key stakeholders to identify areas which require monitoring and reporting for performance improvement, identifying and ensuring that regional issues and shortfalls are addressed and effective service delivery
  • Leading the review of agreed performance management objectives across all functions within the region and across all areas of the governance structure
  • Supporting the resolution of escalations, incidents and complaints across the region. Work closely with key stakeholders acting as a regional point of contact
  • Promoting and managing good decision making across the region, reviewing, implementing and maintaining performance systems and processes to ensure compliance with required legislation and good practice, improve economic and financial performance and ensure continued financial viability

 

Skills and experiences:

  • To ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to Business or data analyst qualification to level 3 or currently undertaking the qualification.  As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to bring with them the original certification verifying proof of their qualifications.  Copies and CSCS cards will not be accepted.
  • Recent experience and knowledge of the Construction and/or the Gas sector.
  • Proven experience in working with others to deliver projects, including indirect reports and third-party suppliers
  • Comprehensive experience of SAP and Field Service Management (FSM) software 
  • Experience of data management and analysis
  • Proven experience of using project planning tools to effectively manage projects
  • Comprehensive experience of producing progress reports and management information, including making recommendations for changes needed to ensure delivery
  • Excellent senior stakeholder liaison and relationship building
  • Proven experience in developing solutions in line with business strategies whilst meeting business and user needs
  • This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence

The full time equivalent salary for this role is £50,505 based on 40 hours per week rising to £53,163 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance
