Why join the Care Enquiry Hub team?

We're proudly Investors in People Gold accredited and not-for-profit, which means every penny we make goes straight back into our people and our homes. Whether you’ve already found your calling or you’re still discovering it, we’ll support you every step of the way. From your first day to your dream role, we’ll help you get there

We have the opportunity to make a difference to our enquirers’ lives right at their first contact with us.  Experience has taught us that the very first phone call to a care home can be a scary, emotional and often guilt-riddled experience for the enquirer who is calling on behalf of their loved one.  Being a part of the Care Enquiry Hub is your opportunity to be at the very forefront of an individual’s care journey and to set the scene ready for the excellent care families will receive in the homes when they join us.

You’ll be helping to shape the way we answer and manage new enquiries into our homes.  If you’re interested in working together with our homes to provide a comforting and professional first line response and you really believe in Sanctuary Care’s vision to enrich lives, we’d like to hear from you.

When you join Sanctuary Care, you’re joining an award-winning team where colleagues and residents truly matter. We’re proud winners of the 2025 Nursing Times Award for Care of Older People and the 2025 Care Home Awards Best for Training and Development, and Outstanding Larger Care Home Group.
