Asset Performance Administrator

 

Worcester based with a balance of home and office working

 

£25,844 - £27,209 per year

 

35 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 9:00am to 5:00pm

 

We are seeking an Asset Performance Administrator to join our team based in Worcester. This role sits in the Property Performance Asset Management team within Property Services. We are a team of 5, with this role reporting directly to the Asset Performance Analyst. Our team provides effective and comprehensive support in improving and maintaining data management of our properties, ensuring accuracy and consistency on our systems.

 

The role of Asset Performance Administrator will include:

  • Delivering, improving, maintaining and monitoring effective and efficient administrative systems to support the delivery of services in accordance with policies, procedures and relevant regulations
  • Supporting with the permissions for improvements process ensuring all requests are handled accordingly in line with Sanctuary Group procedure
  • Supporting the management of mailboxes, ensuring emails are categorised accordingly and responded to within suitable timeframes
  • Supporting the regional teams by ensuring accurate and timely information is collected, collated, prepared and presented to ensure regulatory and other standards are continuously met or exceeded
  • Supporting the management and maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders, residents and contractors, identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately, including investigating and responding to complaints
  • Supporting the arranging of meetings including attendance, information preparation, minute taking and follow up administration, to ensure effective organisation and record keeping.
  • Contributing, as appropriate, to special programmes and projects in support of the Group's values and objectives

 

Skills and experiences:

  • Confidence working with data, spreadsheets and reporting tools
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
  • Proactive approach to solving problems
  • Experience in an administrative, data-focused or property related role
  • Literacy and numeracy equivalent to passes in GCSE English & Maths
