Part‑time hours available – 3 days per week
As part of the self‑employed arrangement, Sanctuary will deduct a 16% commission from earnings.

- Helping residents feel their best by providing high‑quality hairdressing services tailored to their preferences
- Creating a warm, friendly salon experience within the home — a real highlight of the week for many of our residents
- Building positive relationships with residents, understanding their personal style and supporting their wellbeing
- Working collaboratively with our care team to ensure appointments run smoothly and everyone’s needs are met
- Bringing creativity, kindness, and good energy into the home — every interaction counts!
What skills do I need?
- A genuine passion for hairdressing and making people feel great
- A friendly, patient approach and the ability to communicate warmly with older people
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- A caring nature and the desire to treat every resident with dignity and respect
- Relevant hairdressing experience or qualifications are welcome, but above all, we value enthusiasm and compassion
