We have an opportunity for a Housing Project Support Coordinator to join our team, based in Paignton. This is a newly created role to support Regional Directors and Housing Directorate with special projects.

 

The role of Housing Project Support Coordinator will include:

  • Support the team by ensuring accurate and timely information is collated, analysed, prepared and presented
  • Deliver, improve and maintain effective and efficient administration systems to support the operational needs of the business, including some occasional secretarial support and diary management
  • Support the management and maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders, dealing with enquiries and responding positively to complaints and feedback
  • Develop and implement effective systems and processes that enable the accurate recording and reporting of engagement activities
  • Liaise, consult with and respond to customers ensuring involvement activities are meeting customer expectations and good practice approaches are adopted

 

Skills and experiences:

  • Experience of providing administrative services
  • Good organisational and planning skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, local standards and good practice
  • Experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative as well as part of a team
