As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in the success and sustainability of our homes. You’ll help maintain and grow self-funder occupancy and income, while keeping up to date with local market trends. Reporting to the Lead Business Development Manager, you’ll work closely with Regional and Home Managers, as well as our central Marketing and Enquiry Team. You’ll support marketing campaigns, build enquiry pipelines and create strong relationships with stakeholders and the local community – helping us remain the provider of choice.

Collaborate with managers and central teams to deliver marketing campaigns

Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities

Support enquiry management to maximise conversion
Your skills

Proven success in consultative sales with a positive, proactive approach

Strong business sense with sales and marketing knowledge

Flexible and adaptable to meet changing needs

Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder engagement

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
