Flexible office location based within either the North, Midlands or East region with a balance of home and office working
£40,095 - £42,205 per year
35 hours per week
We have an exciting, new opportunity for a Project Manager to join our fast-paced Development team in the North, Midlands or East region where you will play an integral part in the team. The Project Manager, based either in the North, Midlands or East region will be responsible for providing support to the team to ensure the effective management and delivery of Sanctuary’s development programme. You will be involved with development projects from conception to completion. If you have experience within a similar role and are looking for a new opportunity this could be the role for you.
The role of Project Manager will include:
- Providing support to the Development Managers and wider Development team on a day-to-day basis with a wide variety of tasks
- Managing development projects whilst liaising with key stakeholders to ensure regulatory and financial compliance is always met and adhered to
- Identifying and assessing potential new development projects for financial and strategic compatibility
- Making recommendations to projects as appropriate to maximise development opportunities
- Delivering high quality and value for money development programmes within agreed budgets and timescales
- Ensuring the highest levels of customer service are met and high quality is delivered as standard on all development projects
Skills and experiences:
- Recent experience in undertaking a similar role managing projects with strong project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage and communicate complex information and data
- Working knowledge of building regulations, legislation and current practice, including the practical application of Health and Safety legislation
- Proven experience in analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Working knowledge of SAP is desirable
- Travel is a requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential
