Trade Operative – Joiner


Fleming House, Cumbernauld – covering Cumbernauld and Glasgow


£27,174 per annum (rising to £28,604 after 12 months service subject to satisfactory performance)


40 hours per week

What we look for in you:
•    Demonstrable experience within a similar role, specialising in joiner repairs, UPVC door and window repairs, wet wall and adaptations, force access to multipoint lock doors
•    Basic skills in some of the following disciplines plastering, tiling, window fitting or painting and  plumbing is desirable
•    You will be a team player with the ability to prioritise workloads, work to deadlines and plan ahead
•    This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
