£28,763 per annum (rising to £30,276 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)

 

37.5 hours per week

 

 

 

Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a AT Assessor and Installer.  The main office is based at The Parade Enterprise Centre in Chester. The role would be working remotely based in Cambridgeshire area.

The role of AT Assessor and Installer will include:

  • Assessing customer requirements and installing telecare solutions for new and existing customers
  • Reviewing and maintaining customer equipment
  • Calling existing customers to review their package
  • Updating systems with customer details
  • Scheduling own workload
  • Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in good condition
  • Company van provided and overnight stays may be required

 

Skills and experiences:

  • Good customer service skills
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage own workload and prioritise tasks
  • Self-motivated
  • A working knowledge of the application of Health and Safety legislation
  • This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
