Night Call Handler

£19,837 - £21,980 per annum

 

28 hours per week – 11pm – 7am - working four on, four off

 

 

Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Night Call Handler at Parade Enterprise Centre, Blacon.

The role of Night Call Handler will include:

  • Undertaking responsive and proactive call handling duties
  • Responding to emergency calls in a customer focused, calm and friendly manner
  • Maintaining effective filing systems
  • Supporting the achievement of service standards

 

Skills and experiences:

  • Experience of working in a customer centre or customer service environment is essential
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Proven experience of administration relating to customer service and complaints
  • Proven experience of effective communication at all levels

  • Role salary is £18,033 per annum with an additional policy allowance of £1,804 per annum, rising to £18,982 with an additional policy allowance of £1,899 per annum after completion of successful 6 month probationary period (rising to £19,982 with an additional policy allowance of £1,998 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
