Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Local Service Manager at Mulberry House, Bath.

The role of Local Service Manager will include:
- Good understanding of mental health issues and services
- Experience in accommodation-based services with positive outcomes
- Skilled in managing and developing staff teams
- Leading service delivery and working with the Area Service Manager
- Building relationships with partners, stakeholders, and external agencies
- Monitoring service performance and achieving KPIs
- Managing budgets and overseeing financial performance
- Recruiting, managing, and developing staff
- Flexible working hours based on service needs
- Responsible for health and safety within the service
Skills and experiences:
- Previous experience of working in a managerial role within a mental health service, you will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Compassionate, caring, and hard working with a hands-on approach to support
- You will have experience of working in a personalised way supporting service users to maximise opportunities for personal development
- Proven ability to liaise effectively with statutory and voluntary partners
- Travel is a requirement of the role; therefore a full valid driving licence is essential
