Painter and Decorator – Damp and Mould Treatment
Based at Hindle House, Banbury – Covering Banbury and the surrounding areas
£28,290 - £29,779 per year
40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 16:30pm
We are looking for a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our Operations Response and Major Works teams at Sanctuary Housing to work across Banbury and surrounding areas. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out painting and decorating duties to our properties, specifically focusing on damp and mould treatment. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively, using your expertise to resolve issues and maintain our high standards of customer service. We will provide you with a company van and power tools for business use, as well as ongoing training to support your professional development.
The role of Painter and Decorator – Damp and Mould Treatment will include:
- Carrying out painting and decorating duties in line with contract specifications
- Assisting in unloading of deliveries and waste clearance when necessary
- Resolving problems or set into motion the means of resolution, ensuring customers are kept informed
- Maintaining a suitable van stock level and restocking these as and when required
- Providing accurate and timely information on the progress of works that is easily understood by the customer
Skills and experiences:
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
- Additional skills in some of the following disciplines such as painting and decoration
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK manual driving licence
