Sanctuary Students

Sanctuary Students manages accommodation for over 11,500 students across England and Scotland.  We work in partnership with universities to provide cost-effective facilities management and support services, as well as providing specifically designed and purpose built accommodation direct to student across the UK. We offer a range of accommodation from shared flats to self-contained apartments in some of the biggest university towns and cities in the UK, including London, Manchester, Liverpool and Glasgow.

Our professional staff are based on-site to assist students and ensure our properties remain safe and secure, clean and well maintained, giving students the best environment. For many of our students leaving home for the first time can be a daunting experience; we understand that they’ll be feeling apprehensive, excited and their accommodation will be “more than just a room….” It’ll be their next home away from home. It’s where they’ll make friends for life, socialise and have new experiences.

As part of our commitment to making Sanctuary a great place to work, we offer a comprehensive reward and benefits package appropriate for the role that you do, including:

  • At least 25 days paid holiday (plus bank holidays), rising to 30 days after 5 years’ service
  • Family friendly arrangements, including opportunities for flexible working
  • A pension scheme, with employer contributions from Sanctuary
  • Health and wellbeing plans, including voluntary critical illness scheme
  • Discounts through MyRewards from major retailers and other offers to help your pay go further
  • Tax efficient savings through our Cycle to Work scheme
  • 24 hour Employee Assistance Programme providing a free information service and personal counselling if required
  • Life assurance to help provide peace of mind
  • Opportunities to progress with a wide range of learning and development opportunities delivered by our specialist in-house team
  • Enhanced sick pay once you have completed qualifying service
  • Expenses if you have to use your own car to travel for work
