Sales Support Manager

 

Base office location may vary dependent upon suitable candidate - balance of home and office working

 

£44,363 per year

 

35 hours per week

 

Temporary position for up to 12 months

 

We have an opportunity for a Sales Support Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team. The Sales and Marketing team sits within the Development and Regeneration department and specialise in delivering open market and shared ownership homes across England and Scotland.

 

The role of Sales Support Manager will include:

  • Managing the delivery of services to support the end-to-end sales process of new build properties within the Group's Development programme
  • Manage the provision of support services for the groups National programme of both in house and agency managed property sales
  • Ensuring the accurate reporting of sales status' across the national programme, including liaising with solicitors, sales managers and sales coordinators to provide timely updates and ensuring that targets are met within set timescales
  • Managing the relationship with internal and external legal teams, to ensure exchange and completion targets are met and refine legal paperwork and processes
  • Contributing, as appropriate, to special projects and objectives

 

Skills and experiences:

  • Experience of sales progression essential
  • Degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification
  • Experience of designing and implementing new processes and procedures
  • Previous experience of managing a team
  • Proven experience in the effective development and management of sales and marketing strategies and projects to deliver business objectives
  • Occasional travel may be requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential
