Resident Engagement Coordinator – Part Time

 

Homeworking - Occasional visits to one of our offices may be required

 

£17,155 - £20,839 per year

 

22.5 hours per week – Monday, Tuesday & Thursday

That’s what we’re looking for to join our small and very committed team. Your enthusiasm, commitment, and organizational skills are more important than where you are based or whether you have previous experience in housing.

 

In this national role you will work with residents and colleagues at all levels supporting the engagement team and helping us drive improvement in our Housing and Supported Living services based upon residents’ views and experiences.

 

The role of Resident Engagement Coordinator will include:

  • Delivering high quality customer service to our engaged residents
  • Develop and maintain effective and efficient administration systems to support the delivery and reporting of really great engagement
  • Organising travel and accommodation, for our involved customers to make sure they get to where they need to be in the way that works best for them
  • Arranging meetings, taking minutes and following up on the actions
  • Supporting the team with coordination of consultations and the collation and presentation of responses

 

Skills and experiences:

  • NVQ3 in relevant area (e.g. business administration, customer service) or knowledge and ability at an equivalent level
  • Recent experience of undertaking a similar function
  • Proven experience of developing effective working relationships at all levels leading to the successful delivery of service
  • Good communication, interpersonal and customer care skills
  • Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams

Role Salary is dependent on location as below:

  • London - £19,797 per annum (rising to £20,839 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
  • South East - £18,013 per annum (rising to £18,961 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
  • National - £17,155 per annum (rising to £18,058 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)

 

London - The full time equivalent salary for this role is £32,996 based on 37.5 hours per week rising to £34,732 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance

 

South East - The full time equivalent salary for this role is £30,022 based on 37.5 hours per week rising to £31,602 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance

 

National - The full time equivalent salary for this role is £28,592 based on 37.5 hours per week rising to £30,097 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance
