£52,186 PER ANNUM (RISING TO £54,933  AFTER 12 MONTHS, SUBJECT TO SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE) PLUS COMPANY CAR

 

37.5 HOURS PER WEEK

We have a great opportunity for a Regional Service Manager to provide expertise within the development and implementation of new business opportunities. This is a pivotal role in our organisation that will support with Sanctuary Supported Living’s business plans and strategy.

 

The role of Regional Service Manager will include

  • Supporting the delivery of the strategic plan for Sanctuary Supported Living by developing regional strategies and processes, identifying new opportunities and establishing new services to deliver commercial business growth.
  • Providing effective direction, guidance and support to area service managers within the region to achieve service transformations and improvements, successful implementation of new services and organic growth to meet business needs. 
  • Deputising for the Head of Service as appropriate.
  • Auditing, monitoring and investigating the performance of services in the region against key performance indicators and contracts.  Recommending improvements and ensuring solutions are implemented.
  • Managing the financial performance of services in the region, including the setting and monitoring of budgets that result in sustainable services.
  • Identifying, planning, delivering and communicating new trends and insights relating to needs, behaviours and attitudes of current or potential future services.
  • Leading large scale programmes and new business opportunities in the region to maximise growth, business opportunities and ensure effective implementation.

     

    Skills and experiences

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) or hold a management or relevant professional qualification
  •  Substantial knowledge of and working in a supported living services and regulated environment
  •  Comprehensive knowledge of current statutory legislation and good practice principles
  •  Comprehensive experience of analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing service improvements
  •  Comprehensive experience in delivering commercial business growth in the supported living market
  •  Comprehensive knowledge of working in a regulated environment
  • Due to the nature of this role a full, current driving licence is essential as is a willingness to travel
