Programme Manager

 

Worcester based with a balance of home and office working

 

£45,948 - £48,376 per year plus Company car or car allowance

 

35 hours per week

 

We have an opportunity for a Programme Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team, which sits within the wider Development function. The Sales and Marketing team are responsible for all new build sales within Sanctuary of both shared ownership and open market tenure.

 

We are looking for an excellent manager with very strong problem-solving skills and high confidence in making decisions. The successful candidate needs to be able to run and drive the marketing team with a high level of autonomy. There will be support from Head of Marketing, but this position is expected to be able to run the team without the need of day-to-day support.

 

The role of Programme Manager will include:

  • Responsible for the management of marketing activities, including direct management of the current marketing team and external suppliers
  • Managing your own and teams KPIs to deliver help the Sales and Marketing directorate achieve the sales programme
  • Ensure all internal and financial processes are followed accordingly
  • Reporting and analysing campaign performance
  • Manage and motivate a marketing team

 

Skills and experiences:

  • Proven management experience with multiple reports is essential
  • Degree (or similar)
  • Previous experience within marketing management or project management
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment
  • This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
