Insurance Coordinator

 

Worcester

 

£23,744 per annum (rising to £24,994 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)  

 

35 hours per week

We are looking to recruit an Insurance Coordinator to support the delivery of an effective insurance service that meets compliance and regulatory requirements of the organisation, and responds to customer needs. You will utilise strong administration, IT and organisational skills to assist in the delivery of an effective insurance service as part of the overall risk management provided by the team to Sanctuary Group.

 

The role of Insurance Coordinator will include:

  • Administrative support  for the insurance services
  • Managing and coordinating motor insurance, with a focus on motor claims
  • Maintaining relationships with internal and external customers, identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately
  • Delivering a high level of customer service
  • Resolving queries or setting into motion the means of resolution, insuring the customer is kept informed

 

Skills and experiences:

  • Recent experience of undertaking a similar role within an insurance or fleet environment is desirable
  • A strong background in administration and customer service is crucial to success in this role
  • An awareness of data protection and confidentiality is essential
  • Ability to communicate with a range of customers and deal with their queries
  • Proficient user in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook or similar
