Graduate Development Programme (2 Year Fixed Term Contract), Based in Worcester




£25,000 per annum, rising to £26,250 following the successful completion of Year 1


35 hours per week

We are building more homes than ever before. We aspire to build 15,000 new homes which will include a range of tenures to support more people into home ownership, as well as helping to meet the need for additional rented homes.


About the programme:


  • We have a comprehensive induction, where you will be introduced to a number of senior leaders throughout the business and visit a range of our operations across the UK along with meeting all our current and past graduates
  • Completing four six-month rotational placements in one of  our core business areas – which includes our Housing, Supported Living, Care, Students or Maintenance operations, as well as our Development and Corporate Services teams
  •  Developing your commercial skills whilst making an active contribution to the development of our organisation
  • Involvement in projects that will have a measurable impact on the business

Throughout your graduate programme you will have access to a wide range of development opportunities including regular workshops, career planning, professional development and access to a buddy and mentor.


About you:


Graduating in any degree subject, you will be in your final year of study, or have finished your studies within the past three years, and you will need a 2:1 degree as a minimum.

What will happen after you complete the Graduate Programme?


Upon successful completion of the programme, our Graduates can typically expect to move into senior roles with increased remuneration packages. We therefore enjoy considerably higher retention rates when compared to other graduate schemes. To date all of our graduates have secured a job with us at the end of the programme.

What is the application process?

  • Stage 3: Complete an online OPQ assessment
  • Stage 4: Assessment Centre – held in our Worcester Head Office
