Development Administrator
Worcester based with a balance of home and office working
£25,597 - £26,944 per year
35 hours per week – Monday to Friday
We are looking to recruit a Development Administrator to provide key administrative support to regional Development and Construction Teams. This role sits within an exciting area of the business that is rapidly growing and developing and would suit someone keen to learn new skills and potentially develop their career within the development sector.
The role of Development Administrator will include:
- Providing administrative support to our regional Development teams and our internal Construction team
- Ensuring all payments relating to development projects are processed in line with contractual obligations and within budgets
- Reacting promptly to all requests that the Development Admin team are presented with
- Raising purchase orders for a range of materials and services linked to Development projects
- Regularly liaising with Senior Management
Skills and experiences:
- Extensive administration experience gained within a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude with the ability to remain calm and focused whilst in high pressure situations
- Excellent communication skills along with a positive attitude
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload and multitask when required
- The ability to be adaptable to change and work to tight deadlines
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Role salary is £23,270 with an additional policy allowance of £2,327 (rising to £24,495 with an additional policy allowance of £2,449 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
