Cleaning Technician – Part Time

 

Worcester

 

£20,634 per year

 

32.5 hours per week – 5 days including weekends

 

Two shift patterns - 8:00am to 2:30pm and 12:30pm to 7:00pm

 

This role is part of the Property Services - Midlands team for the Worcester area. It is a team of two, and there are two shift patterns. The team are based at Noble House, St. Johns and the main duties will include the cleaning of all communal areas, including stairs, lift, toilets, kitchen and offices.

 

The role of Cleaning Technician will include:

  • General cleaning duties will include mopping, vacuuming, wet and dry dusting
  • Identifying and reporting potential hazards or faults on site, to maintain a safe environment
  • Providing accurate and timely information on the progress of allocated work
  • Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in a good, workable condition and stock levels are maintained
  • Providing a professional, courteous and customer friendly approach to all working tasks

 

Skills and experiences:

  • Experience of undertaking general cleaning duties
  • Some practical experience in operating cleaning machinery
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation is desirable
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Some experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work load
