Business Analyst – Property Services

 

Worcester based with a balance of home and office working

 

£42,572 per year

 

35 hours per week

 

Temporary position for up to 12 months

 

We have an opportunity for a Business Analyst – Property Services to join our Property Services Product team based in Worcester. The team consists of 10 people from both Property Services and Technology working jointly on transformational change. In this role  you will be playing a key role in designing the to be processes for the new operating model and ensuring change is delivered successfully across our operational teams and business support functions, in line with strategic aims.

 

We are looking for someone with the passion and drive for delivering successful transformational change involved in both technology and business change.

 

The role of Business Analyst – Property Services will include:

  • Making recommendations, backed up with data/ process analysis, to support decisions on any area of business change
  • Liaising with stakeholders across the whole organisation to identify requirements
  • Designing to be processes from developing an understanding of the technology change and assessing the business impact and business process
  • Managing stakeholders at all levels throughout the change to maintain buy-in and ensure successful implementation
  • Working closely with operational SMEs throughout the change to ensure the right approach to success across design (technology and business process), training, and the adoption of change
  • Managing and challenging stakeholders when appropriate through keeping sight of the holistic view of change and strategic direction
  • Performing data and process analysis to identify process changes and to measure the impact of the change             
  • Supporting work stream projects throughout the project lifecycle to ensure project objectives are achieved and the whole programme stays on track   

 

Skills and experiences:

  • Experience of systems implementation and optimisation
  • Experience of working within Agile Methodology    
  • Experience in analysing data and processes to assist in identifying business process improvements
  • Experience in change impact assessment to determine the level of business change and the stakeholder groups impacted by the change
  • Experience delivering business process improvement changes
  • Experience creating business cases for change and other project documentation
  • Experience of business requirement definition, leading to technology and business process implementation
  • Experience in the management of stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in producing quality business documentation, including as is and to be process documentation 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Occasional travel may be requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential

Role salary is £40,056 with an additional policy allowance of £2,515 per annum
