Administration Officer

 

Sheffield based with a balance of home and office working

 

£26,592 - £27,992 per year

 

40 hours per week – Monday to Friday

 

We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our team based in Sheffield. As Administration Officer you will work to provide an efficient and comprehensive support and administrative service to the regional teams within the Sanctuary Maintenance Services. Responsibilities will include raising orders for repairs, managing Outlook mailboxes, handling order queries and providing information to internal and external customers.

 

The role of Administration Officer will include:

  • Delivering, maintaining, and monitoring effective and efficient administrative systems
  • Monitoring, managing, and answering queries and all other contact from customers, suppliers, and contractors
  • Supporting Sanctuary Property Servies by ensuring accurate and timely information is collected, collated, prepared, and presented
  • Delivering services to the appropriate KPI’s and service standards, responding effectively and efficiently, working to deadlines and targets

 

Skills and experiences:

  • Proven experience of working in a similar administrative role within a customer focused environment
  • Some experience of producing and analysing statistical information would be advantageous
  • Team player with the ability to also work independently and use your own initiative
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel (or similar)
  • Proven experience of working to deadlines with the ability to prioritise your own workload
