Void Works Coordinator

 

Blackwall Reach Office, London

 

£32,949 - £34,683 per year

 

40 hours per week

 

We have an opportunity for a Void Works Coordinator to join our Operations Responsive Voids team. This role is within the support team based at the London office, working with an operations manager, trade supervisors and operatives in an overall Void team across the region.

 

The role of Void Works Coordinator will include:

  • Co-ordinating details of void properties between trade supervisors, housing teams, contractors, and others
  • Keeping information up to date on numerous trackers and spreadsheets
  • Support the regional team with effective communication to ensure accurate and timely information is collected, collated, analysed, and coordinated
  • Support the management and maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managers and trade colleagues

 

Skills and experiences:

  • Recent experience of providing administrative support to senior management in a similar role
  • Experience of working in a busy, fast paced / work scheduling environment
  • Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • Excellent communication and customer care skills
  • Some experience of dealing with suppliers and material purchasing
