Senior Property Delivery Surveyor

£52,983 - £55,772 per year plus Company car

We have an opportunity for 2 Qualified Senior Property Delivery Surveyors to join our Asset Delivery team, based in London. The main purpose of this role is to manage in house and contractor delivered works across all work streams and provide surveying services that respond to customer, organisational and financial needs ensuring a positive customer experience.

 

The role of Senior Property Delivery Surveyor will include:

  • Manage contractors in accordance with their contractual terms, making recommendations for improvements and implementing actions as appropriate
  • Support the delivery of a cost effective property service by operating within appropriate financial policies, procedures and financial limits/budgets
  • Ensure investment works are compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements
  • Manage the coordination, communication and maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders/customers

 

Skills and experiences:

  • To ensure full compliance with Building Safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to AssocRIC, MRICS CIOB, Degree, HND or HNC in Surveying
  • Proven experience in a building and/or surveying environment
  • Experience of managing contractors against their contractual obligations and targets
  • Working knowledge of building regulations, legislation and current practices
  • Working knowledge of the application of Health and Safety legislation
  • This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence

 

As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to bring with them the original certification verifying proof of their qualifications.  Copies and CSCS cards will not be accepted.

  • Role salary is £45,652 with an additional policy allowance of £7,331 per annum (rising to £48,054 with an additional policy allowance of £7,717 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
