£56,163 - £59,119 per year plus Company Car or Car Allowance
37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 9:00am to 5:00pm
We are looking for a Regional Income Manager to join our Housing Team in London. In this role you will lead and manage the effective delivery of income and welfare services for the local operations and central teams, ensuring that all services are delivered to an exemplary standard in accordance with the Income Services Operational Plan and Budget to meet with wider aims of the Group. We are looking for someone who is proactive, target motivated and customer orientated.
The role of Regional Income Manager will include:
- Developing, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, CSC Income, residents, staff and external agencies to ensure the effective management of income services and maximisation of income. Proactively identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensure these are acted upon.
- Overseeing the delivery of a high quality income service for the local and central operations that maximises income streams to the business, ensuring that local Key performance indicators for income and arrears are achieved and that all revenues streams are maximised
- Overseeing the provision of an effective income advisory service to current and future tenants, ensuring that rental income is maximised throughout the tenancy to promote sustainment
- Maintaining effective financial systems by operating within appropriate financial policies and procedures to safeguard the organisation’s financial interests maximise income and ensure financial compliance.
- Overseeing the effective management of all complaints for service areas in line with policy, focusing on first contact resolution and the identification of future learning opportunities to achieve customer service excellence.
- Meeting all legislative and regulatory requirements for income management activities, ensuring all pre court protocol processes and evictions are adhered to
Skills and experiences:
- Degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification preferably in a business related subject
- Institute of Housing qualification or knowledge and ability at an equivalent level
- Proven experience of delivering high quality housing or customer services
- Proven experience of good practice resident involvement or customer participation activities and practices
- Proven experience of prioritising workloads and an ability to deliver against deadlines
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations, legislation and good practice
- Some experience in budget preparation and control
- Proven experience of analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions
- Some experience of housing or rent management systems
- Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
- This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
