Quality Assurance Manager - FRA Audits

£40,348 - £42,472 per year plus Company car

We have an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Manager - FRA Audits to join our Fire and Security Operations team, based in London. This sits under the Operations Manager for the Fire Risk Assessment Delivery team as a part of a team of 5 Project Managers.
The role of Quality Assurance Manager - FRA Audits will include:
- Quality verifying high risk FRAs from a desktop point of view
- Giving feedback to assessors and their line management on the FRA findings
- Plan, manage and implement audit review programmes, to assess Compliance performance against regulatory and service delivery requirements
- Ensure managers and staff are provided with clear and accurate assessments of their compliance status and actions required
- Lead on the Quality Assurance issue investigations in relation to Fire Risk Assessments to assess Compliance impact, root cause and resolution
Skills and experiences:
- Degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification
- Fire Risk Assessment Qualification Level 4
- Experience of auditing would be advantageous
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Comprehensive knowledge of current FRA regulation and good practice principles
- This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
