Operations Manager - Gas

£60,112  - £63,276 per year

 

40 hours per week plus Company car or car allowance

 

We have an opportunity for an Operations Manager – Gas to join our Compliance Delivery team, based in London. As part of this team you will be responsible for approx. 25 engineers and 3 supervisors.

 

The role of Operations Manager - Gas will include:

  • Managing the delivery of gas servicing, repairs and installations to the Groups housing stock
  • Assist in the production and implementation of local plans that guarantee service delivery
  • Taking full responsibility and accountability to ensure that the work is being delivered in accordance to KPI, and financial regulations and budgets
  • Manage the coordination, communication and maintenance of relationships with internal and external customers

 

Skills and experiences:

  • To ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, Energy efficiency qualification, Gas Auditing Qualification, HTR1, Water Regulations (WRAS) or currently undertaking the qualification.
  • Previous experience of managing a team
  • Experience of managing multi site maintenance contracts in a commercially focused role
  • Excellent customer service, always putting the customer first
