Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Supporter at Blackberry Court, Lichfield.

The role of Customer Supporter will include:

• Providing front of house reception duties
• Developing innovative and inclusive individual and group activities
• Promoting and evaluating activities for customers, enabling them to reach their own potential
• Assisting and encouraging customers to access and maintain a level of integration into the wider community
• Working with other staff to ensure a clean and comfortable environment is maintained

Skills and experiences:

• Experience of developing and leading customer involvement activities
• Previous experience working with a similar customer group is desirable
• Good interpersonal and customer care skills
• Experience with working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
• NVQ2 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards
