Regional Performance Manager

 

Base office location may vary dependent upon suitable candidate - balance of home and office working

 

£49,514 - £52,120 per year

 

plus Company car or car allowance

 

40 hours per week

 

We have an opportunity for a Regional Performance Manager to join our team, based in the North of England. The main purpose of this role is to lead the collation, review and development of the governance process performance management metrics to support and drive the regional property services delivery teams. To ensure metrics are used in an effective and consistent way supporting continuous improvement in delivery of both subcontracted and internally delivered work ensuring that customers are provided with a high quality, cost effective and efficient service which responds to customer and organisational needs.

 

The role of Regional Performance Manager will include:

  • Manage the provision of consistently high quality timely and meaningful information to senior management and external departments
  • Lead the analysis, development and reporting of regional operational and financial performance insight
  • Support the efficient delivery of services through effective operational and commercial awareness
  • Increase internal engagement with key functions such as the work scheduling team and improve customer satisfaction
  • Build and manage effective relationships with key stakeholders to identify areas which require monitoring and reporting for performance improvement

 

Skills and experiences:

  • Degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification
  • Recent experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in working with others to deliver projects, including indirect reports and third party suppliers
  • Comprehensive experience of producing progress reports and management information, including making recommendations for changes needed to ensure delivery
  • Proven experience of senior stakeholder liaison and relationship building
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
