Administration Officer

 

Francis Street - Hull

 

£28,376 - £29,870 per year

 

40 hours per week

 

We have an opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our team based in Hull. This role will cover the North region with occasional travel to other offices within the region, you will provide an efficient and comprehensive support and administrative service to the teams within Sanctuary Property Services.

 

The role of Administration Officer will include:

  • Support the regional teams by ensuring accurate and timely information is collected, collated, prepared and presented
  • Raise purchase orders and check in goods received
  • Support the management and maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders, residents and contractors
  • Assist with managing the team van fleet and uniform stores
  • Check and process overtime claims
  • Support supervisor operations
  • To understand the planning functions within the region
  • To provide cover for other roles within the region

 

Skills and experiences:

  • Recent experience of undertaking a similar role
  • Literacy and numeracy equivalent to passes in GCSE Grade English and Maths
  • NVQ3 in relevant area (e.g. business administration, customer service) is desirable
  • Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
  • Ability to extract and interrogate data from computer systems
  • Good organisational and planning skills
  • Proficient user or Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
