Business Analyst – Sanctuary Supported Living

Sanctuary House, Worcester

£40,797 per annum (rising to £42,944 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)

37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

 

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to undertake detailed analysis of operations and recommend a wide range of improvement measures.  You will ensure the successful delivery of business change projects throughout Sanctuary Supported Living, supporting improvements and efficiencies for the benefit of both our internal and external customers. This role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to make a real difference and deliver on significant business improvement projects.

The role of Business Analyst will include:

  • Managing projects throughout their lifecycle ensuring resources are appropriately utilised and that identified objectives are achieved
  • Providing strategic and operational analysis, leading to the drafting of compelling business cases for change
  • Liaising with internal and external customers to identify business needs and performance analysis
  • Reviewing key business areas and identifying areas for improvement

Skills and experiences:

  • A degree, management qualification or similar knowledge gained through extensive experience in a project or transformation management role are essential
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering business change projects (both IT and non IT) gained within a large complex organisation
  • Strong business analysis skills including data analysis, process mapping and outstanding problem solving abilities
  • The ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships, including senior level stakeholders
  • Prior experience producing high level business documentation and analysis
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills are also required to be successful within the role
  • Travel is part of this role therefore a full, clean driving licence is essential
