Cleaning Technician – Part Time

 

Ely

 

£5,958 per year

 

10 hours per week – 6:00am to 8:00am

 

We are seeking two Cleaning Technicians to join our Estates team based in Ely. This role will be 2 hours per day in the morning between 6:00am and 8:00am cleaning the office and depot area working alongside another colleague. Day to day responsibilities include vacuuming office floors, wiping down desks, cleaning toilet cubicles, cleaning kitchen areas, mopping, dusting, emptying of bins and keeping the entrance to the office clear as well as regular stock checks for the team and office.

 

The role of Cleaning Technician will include:

  • Undertaking cleaning duties in accordance with local and legislative procedures
  • Identifying and reporting any hazards and faults to ensure a safe environment is maintained
  • Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and continue to be suitable for required tasks
  • Maintaining stock levels and ensure requisitions are completed and authorised in a timely manner

 

Skills and experiences:

  • Cleaning experience desirable
  • Knowledge of COSHH
  • Ability to keep records and good communication skills
