Housekeeping Assistant


New Court, Cheltenham




35 hours per week – shifts from Tuesday to Saturday 8am – 4pm



We are looking for a Housekeeping Assistant to join our dynamic team to ensure the highest possible standards of customer care and service are delivered. You will have daily interaction with owners, visitors and colleagues; therefore we are looking for a friendly individual who is approachable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.


In this vital role you will ensure communal areas and apartments are kept clean, to meet the high standards we adhere to.

The role of Housekeeping Assistant will include:

  • Providing an efficient cleaning service in a luxury environment, including completing laundry for communal areas and owners’ apartments
  • Identifying and reporting any hazards and faults to ensure a safe environment is maintained
  • Organising stores on site and carrying out checks of equipment, replacing when necessary
  • Ensuring that the highest level of customer service is maintained at all times
  • Any other tasks as required


Skills and experiences:

  • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is essential in a hotel or other residential setting
  • Ability to work on own initiative and with fast changing requirements
  • Previous experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and help colleagues as and when required
