Senior Receptionist

 

Addenbrookes, Cambridge

 

£23,484 - £24,720 per annum

 

35 hour per week

 

 

We’re looking for a Senior Receptionist to join our Sanctuary Students team at Addenbrookes, Cambridge.

 

The role will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient administration and reception service to both internal and external customers. We’re looking for someone with people skills who has worked in a similar role, communicating, and helping people with a friendly demeanour within a similar hospitality environment.

 

The role of Senior Receptionist will include:

  • Welcoming and greeting new arrivals and visitors on site, answering enquiries and resolving queries
  • Respond to complaints in a positive manner, effectively communicating progress and outcomes to the customer
  • Making and implementing improvements to the administration process to ensure a high quality and consistent service
  • Maintaining accurate records including financial records, cash control and database records

 

Skills and experiences:

  • Recent experience of undertaking a similar role
  • Working knowledge of effective communication at all levels
  • Experience of supporting the delivery of high-quality accommodation or customer service
  • Good communication skills and understanding of written and spoken English
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
