Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Training & Quality Officer.  This role is based at The Parade Enterprise Centre in Chester, working across two business sites.  Our sister site is located in Cheadle, Stockport and regular travel between the two sites will be required.

The role of Training & Quality Officer will include:
•    Assisting in development of relevant policies and procedures, including reviewing training material
•    Effectively communicate and implement policies ensuring appropriateness and effectiveness
•    Supporting Business continuity compliance including the development of procedure and training
•    Support in internal and external auditing and monitoring performance of the Assistive Technology Service against key performance indicators and relevant accreditation
•    Responding positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations
•    Support the recruitment, performance management, training and relevant development and action planning to ensure the quality skilled staff are available to meet the business needs
•    Contribute, as appropriate, to special programmes and projects in support of the Group’s values and objectives
 
Skills and experiences:
•    Experience of working in a customer centre or customer service environment or Business Administration
•    Ability to work under pressure
•    Proven experience of administration relating to customer service
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills
•    Basic knowledge of information systems and databases
•    Occasional travel may be requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential
