Fire and Electrical Planner

 

Hindle House, Banbury with a balance of home and office working

 

£27,922 - £29,391 per year

 

40 hours per week

 

We have an opportunity for a Fire and Electrical Planner to join our Fire and Security Operations Support team based at Hindle House, Banbury. You will be joining a team of 12 other team members including fellow Planners and some Administration roles.

 

The role of Fire and Electrical Planner will include:

  • Planning of FRAs, and fire and electrical maintenance activities as part of a team
  • Deliver high quality and consistent services in relation to the resolution of queries and complaints
  • Manage relationships with internal and external customers
  • Maintain effective filing systems, database records and processes that enable the accurate recording and timely provision of information

 

Skills and experiences:

  • Signifcant experience of planning and/or scheduling in previous role
  • Working knowledge of relevant regulations, legislation and good practice
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team
  • Experience of using multiple systems and processes to effectively schedule a field workforce
  • Ability to multi task and balance conflicting priorities
  • Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
