Service Request Administrator


£20,076 per annum (rising to £21,133 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)

35 hours per week

6 month temporary position

The Service Request Administrator sits within the Service Request team who work to ensure all Sanctuary staff members have the appropriate systems access in order to carry out their duties. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly team and develop your skills in a growing organisation.

The role of Service Request Administrator will include:

  • Provisioning new user accesses for new and existing employees throughout the business
  • Amending and removing accesses to numerous computer applications used by the business
  • Assisting and resolving any queries and issues that occur in a timely manner
  • Carrying out periodic reviews
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed within the agreed timescales

Skills and experiences:

  • Previous experience in a customer service and administrative role is essential
  • An excellent attention for detail and level of customer service to all customers
  • Qualified  to NVQ Level 3 in a relevant area is desirable or have knowledge and ability at an equivalent level
  • Proficient user of Word, Excel and Outlook
