Service Desk Administrator

Worcester

£20,076 per annum

35 hours per week 

12 month temporary opportunity

As a Service Desk Administrator you will deliver, improve and maintain effective and efficient administration systems to support delivery of HR Services in line with customer needs. You will provide managers and staff with clear guidance and advice, concerning a range of HR queries, liaising closely with internal teams to provide a time efficient and reliable service.  

The role of Service Desk Administrator will include:
•    Heightening the quality of HR delivery services by providing a prompt, accurate and professional response to all queries
•    Support improvements and developing opportunities within the HR Service Desk by preparing and providing reports on team activity
•    Providing clear and concise advice to staff and managers, via telephone, escalating complex issues as appropriate
•    Supporting the maintenance of relationships with internal and external customers

Skills and experiences:
•    Experience within a high paced, customer service environment with a strong administration background is essential
•    Some knowledge of current HR legislation is desirable
•    Excellent customer service skills (both verbal and written) allowing you build strong working relationships
•    The ability to deal with fast changing requirements, working independently using own initiative
•    Experience of resolving problems, working to deadlines and prioritising workload effectively
