Senior Team Secretary




£23,744 per annum (rising to £24,994 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)


35 hours per week

As Senior Team Secretary you will support the Director’s within the Finance Department. As an integral member of the team you will be the initial point of contact for all enquiries, manage Director’s diaries and proactively make decisions.


The role of Senior Team Secretary will include:

  • Maintaining and monitoring director’s diaries, screening meeting requests and scheduling internal and external meetings
  • Providing administrative support by preparing, collating and distributing agendas, reports and other relevant documentation
  • Organising and collating external finance training requests, attending meetings and providing follow up documentation
  • Managing the resolution of HR processes including recruitment and payroll issues and maintaining related records confidentially
  • Organising travel and accommodation requests, including processing mileage and expenses claims


Skills and experiences:

  • Previous experience providing secretarial support within a finance background  is desirable
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise work loads
  • Outstandingly organised with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in supporting high profile managers and ensuring a highly professional and friendly manner
  • Proficient user of Word, Excel and Outlook
