Worcester

 

£20,162 per annum (rising to £21,224 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)  

 

35 hours per week

We are looking for an ambitious individual to take on the role of Sales Support Administrator, joining the Sales team within the wider Development function. The team manages the day-to-day running of sales progression to see reservations through to exchange and completion. You will play a critical role in our Sales Team, providing  key administrative support from updating our various systems and schedules to providing the necessary general administration that is vital in a busy sales team.

 

The role of Sales Support Administrator will include:

  • Carrying out general administration duties to support the delivery of services
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and resolving them in a timely manner
  • Running and updating reports regularly on the Customer Relationships Management (CRM) system
  • Managing a diary for any movement with sales, including reservations, exchanges and completions
  • Managing and maintaining good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

 

Skills and experiences:

  • Proven administration or sales administration experience is essential which has been gained within a sales support,  legal  or conveyancing environment
  • Good knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is desirable
  • Experience of working in a sales progression or legal environment would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstandingly organised with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
