£28,375.80 per annum (rising to £29,869.32 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)

 

35 hours per week (3 days in our city centre office, 2 days working from home)

We are looking for a talented and experienced Resourcing Advisor to join our busy team in a varied and rewarding role supporting our Managers to attract the very best staff across our home network.

Based at our Head Office in Worcester you will support and advise regional and local managers with any recruitment needs, directly sourcing candidates and employing a variety of techniques to generate applications alongside supporting Managers with shortlisting and interview preparation.

 

Our extended Central Recruitment Team provide complete end to end support to our Managers so you will work closely with numerous colleagues to ensure that priority positions are supported and creative recruitment channels are explored to source the very best candidates.

 

The role of Resourcing Advisor will include –

  • Working imaginatively to develop innovative recruitment practices to ensure we are attracting and securing the highest quality candidates, through a wide variety of sourcing channels.
  • Supporting our direct sourcing model to minimise external agency spend and to promote Sanctuary as an employer of choice.
  • Work closely with Managers to shortlist candidates that are a great fix for our homes and prepare for interview.

 

Skills and experiences –

  • With previous demonstrable resourcing experience within a care and support focussed resourcing role you will be proactive and resilient, developing relationships with potential candidates as well as partnering with our operational teams.
  • With excellent communication and organisational skills, you will take ownership for your area and demonstrate your ongoing success through regular manager updates on placement success
  • With experience using an Applicant Tracking System, you will be an advocate of the Success Factors system and guide managers accordingly to enable robust reporting on candidates and source data
  • There will be occasional travel requirements of this role, a full driving licence is essential.
