National Compliance Data Assistant


Sanctuary House, Worcester


£17,990 per annum (rising to £18,937 after 12 months subject to satisfactory performance)


35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

We have an exciting opportunity for a National Compliance Data Assistant to join our Reinvestment and Compliance team who are responsible for delivering high quality reinvestment programmes and managing the Group’s compliance responsibilities. This includes gas servicing and fire risk assessments to ensure the Group’s properties comply with legislation as well as procuring energy suppliers, monitoring consumption and improving energy efficiency.


The National Compliance team is responsible for ensuring the maintenance and compliance of equipment within Sanctuary properties. The National Compliance Data Assistant will support this by inputting compliance based data in to our SAP system in a timely and accurate manner and ensuring that targets are met to maintain a high level of compliance at all times.


The role of National Compliance Data Assistant will include:

  • Reviewing and verifying invoices on work completions, allowing payments to be processed
  • Entering service reports and completion dates for servicing into SAP
  • Supporting the maintenance of effective database records to enable accurate recording
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure timely completion of working tasks
  • Raising purchase orders, requesting quotes from contractors and establishing dates for due services


Skills and experiences:  

  • Experience of undertaking an administrative role is essential
  • Proven experience of organising your own workload and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft packages, with a particular focus on Excel
  • Ability to use computer systems such as Outlook and SAP is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
