National Compliance Administration Officer

 

Worcester based with a balance of home and office working

 

£21,514 - £22,647 per year

 

35 hours per week

 

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our Compliance Fire Risk Assessment Team based in Worcester. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for providing efficient and comprehensive support and administrative services to the Compliance team. A full training programme will be offered with development opportunities available to grow as a professional within Sanctuary.

 

The role of National Compliance Administration Officer will include:

  • Handling service paperwork from internal teams and raising remedial works where required
  • Chasing contractors for remedial paperwork and dates of attendance
  • Supporting the regional teams by ensuring accurate and timely information is collated, prepared and presented to ensure regulatory and other standards are continuously met or exceeded
  • Supporting the management and maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders, residents and contractors
  • Identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately, including investigating and responding to complaints
  • Assisting with the arranging of meetings including information preparation, minute taking and follow up administration and ensuring an effective record keeping

 

Skills and experiences:

  • NVQ3 in relevant area (e.g. business administration, customer service) is desirable (in house training on compliance areas will be provided)
  • Some experience of producing and analysing quality statistical information
  • Recent experience of undertaking a similar role
  • Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and customer care skills
  • Intermediate user of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of SAP housing management system or similar
  • Previous experience with contractor management is desirable
