Graduate Programme – New Home Development (2 Year Fixed Term Contract), Based in Worcester


Worcester – with travel


£25,000 per annum, rising to £26,250 following the successful completion of Year 1


35 hours per week

About the programme:


Development, or building new homes, is the engine room of our business!


  • Successful candidates will attend a month long induction programme where you will be given the opportunity to learn more about our business and your  two year programme as well as to meet with senior leaders and of course other graduates to start you on your journey
  • Based in our Worcester office (but placements may include a regional focus) you will complete up to four six month rotational placements across our Development business which could include: Sales & Marketing, Project Management, Land & Planning, Construction and Head Office Functions (such as development finance)
  • You’ll have the  opportunity to be involved in a range of exciting Development projects
  • Following successful completion of the programme you would enter one of the main Development areas and follow a career pathway into management

Throughout your graduate programme you will have access to a wide range of development opportunities including regular workshops, career planning, professional development and access to a buddy and mentor.


About you:


  • Graduating in any subject you will be in your final year of study, or have finished your studies within the last three years, and you will need a 2:1 degree as a minimum
  • You will also need to demonstrate a keen interest in the Development business but past experience is not a requirement

What will happen after you complete the Graduate Programme?


Upon successful completion of the programme, our Graduates can typically expect to move into senior roles with increased remuneration packages. We therefore enjoy considerably higher retention rates when compared to other graduate schemes. To date all of our graduates have secured a job with us at the end of the programme.
