Fleet Coordinator

Worcester

£20,076 per annum (rising to £21,133 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)

35 hours per week

The Fleet Coordinator will form part of our team that sit within our highly spirited  Corporate Shared Service Centre. You will join the Fleet Team who administer and manage the Group’s company car and commercial fleet. The ideal candidate will have a natural interest in vehicles and will have exposure to the Fleet Industry.

The role of Fleet Coordinator will include:

  • Building strong working relationships with customers by helping to resolve fleet queries in a timely fashion, providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Ordering vehicles & hire vehicles, chasing updates & booking deliveries
  • Maintaining all Fleet Master Data
  • Carrying out administrative tasks for circa 6,000 drivers, ensuring compliance at all times
  • Working to and where required help towards reviewing fleet policies and procedures
  • Inputting and maintaining accurate employee and fleet records concerning relevant documentation and licence requirements

Skills and experiences:

  • Attention to detail is key for this role as is the accuracy of information supplied
  • Experience within a transport/busy operational environment is key
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks as required
  • A positive and flexible attitude to work being reliable and punctual
  • Excellent multitasking skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Transport legislation
  • Computer and ICT literate
